This policy explains how Strong Partners Trading LTD (SPTMedya; registered in England and Wales, company no. 16863849, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom) processes personal data through sptmedya.com and its services. Strong Partners Trading LTD is the data controller.

Data we collect

• When you contact us or submit our quote form: your name, email address, phone number, company/website details and the content of your message.
• For clients: contact and company details needed to contract, invoice and deliver the service.
• Technical data: records such as IP address and browser details kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and operation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interests and pre-contract steps).
• To perform and invoice our service contract (contract).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
• To keep the site secure (legitimate interests).

Sharing and transfers
